Subject: [Tweeters] Raven in West Seattle (specifically Westwood Area)?
Date: Mar 28 12:30:00 2013
From: Dana Beaudry Elsner - danab4 at uw.edu

On Tuesday (3/26) evening 6pm, I am pretty darn sure I heard (that caught my attention) and then saw (distinctive wedge-shaped tail) a common raven fly over the P-Patch on SW Barton & 34th Ave SW.
I was really surprised and excited! With the tweeters report of a Raven at the Montlake Fill I was thinking that this may have actually been a Raven!

Any thoughts or confirmations?

One from a Great-Horned Owl even has a Northern Flicker feather imbedded in it. If anyone would like some or all of them contact me off list. I have 4-5 quart bags of them. If I need to get more I have a reliable place I can get them.
