Hi Tweets,

at the end of our Wednesday morning walk yesterday, we had nice observation
of a Northern Rough-winged Swallow foraging over the Visitor Center Pond
from the Visitor Center Pond overlook. I nice surprise to the end of our
field trip, the swallow flew around foraging and we had close looks from
30-100 feet of this brown topsided and throated heftier then a dull
plumaged female Tree Swallow. I didn't expect to see a Northern
Rough-winged Swallow before Cliff Swallows which have yet to arrive.

Good birding,
