Hello All,
The following report came through eBird yesterday with some details that
look good for a White-winged Dove. I haven't heard any more information
than what is given below. If anyone has any luck relocating this bird,
please update the list.

White-winged Dove (Zenaida asiatica) (1)
- Reported May 02, 2013 19:20 by Eric Guzman
- Georgia Strait--Foot of Gulf Road, Whatcom, Washington

- Comments: "Standing on side of Henry rd right before the turn down to the
beach. Got a very close look at bird (we saw it at about 10ft away) before
it flew up into the trees lining the roadside. Very clearly had blue
eye-ring, and a black line lower on the cheek. When it flew we saw the
distinctive white pattern on its outer tail tips and down the middle of
wings. Blue coloring from the border of white on the wings outward to the
wingtips, and on tail directly above the white tail tips."
