Greetings folks,

For the past several days there have been hunting fly-bys and calling by
a barn owl from the woods below our house. He (I'm assuming) was quite vocal
last night with prolonged twittering, which ended with the characteristic
"hiss" of this bird. I watched as he glided down the length of the fairway
on a hunt. Although I have heard Barred and Western Screech in these trees,
this was the first time I heard the Barn.
