Hi Birders:



I spent the morning birding around King Co. Best birds were FOY Lazuli
Bunting at M Street in Auburn, Swainson Thrushes at Stillwater, and a
singing Chipping Sparrow at McCormick Park in Duvall.



I had several Long-billed Dowitchers on 204th in Kent, but no Short-billed.
Missed Yellow-headed Blackbird.



Many wet areas around the valley are now either dry, plowed or overgrown
with grass making shore birding difficult.
