Hi Birders and Banders,

VARC hosted the May Bird Monitoring and Banding Workshop this weekend when 10 course participants sacrificed their entire weekend to learn all about molt and ageing of NA landbirds in the hand. The field session on Saturday was a lot of fun with lots of birds and great species diversity including our first Lazuli Bunting of the season!
