I've had pretty good luck on one occasion at Captain's nautical on 15th, just S of the Ballard bridge.

My bino's were out of tune (eye pieces diverged) after a drop; He repaired while I was there for $50-60 if I recall. Seemed pretty expensive for a pair of bino's that were only valued at $200 new, but made them serviceable for a few more years.
