Swainson's Thrushes have come to the McLane Creek Trail in Olympia in great
numbers--I must've heard at least a dozen yesterday when only a week ago
there were none. Not many singing in the early afternoon, but everywhere I
walked I heard their "whit" calls. The Swainson's are back!
