This morning I woke up to find a flash of yellow in the tree outside. I ran for my binoculars and found a male Wilson's Warbler. He sat quite still for a long time, longer than I've ever seen a warbler sit. Hiding from the rain, no doubt. What a wonderful sight on a rainy morning. Soon afterward I spotted a female. Happy? Tuesday!
