The Eastern Phoebe found yesterday by Jon Isacoff at Lake Calispell in
Pend Oreille Co. was at the same location this a.m. I arrived at 515 this
morning and the bird was singing in the tall conifer in front of the white
house. I could not see the bird in the dim light. It stopped singing at
about 545 and was not heard again before I left the area at 745. The rain
was steady the entire time.
