Hi Tweeters:

The Ponds were surprisingly birdy yesterday afternoon! As Josh reported I was looking for the Yellow-headed Blackbird and feel like we hit the jackpot!

The Ross's Goose and Trumpeter Swan are gone but swallows are abundant, the Blue-winged Teals, Ruddy Ducks, and Yellow-headed Blackbirds are around, and the Sora is still singing!

And, I'm happy to report that the Peregrine did not dine on Black Tern last night. They were seen again about an hour after we left.

Cheers,
