Hello All,

A crow outside my window today in the University District of Seattle had
some sort of orange growths on its body. The right side of its face and its
legs appeared to be afflicted.

At one point it stuck out its right leg and gnawed at what appeared to be a
knob of the same stuff on its right leg, but otherwise it seemed normal.

I managed to get a few photos through my binoculars through my window, so
nothing too high quality. Does anyone know what it is? Googling didn't get
me anywhere.
