Early this afternoon there were over 60 Surfbirds and at least 4 Black Turnstones at Luna Park (the fishing pier at the Duwamish Head sometimes referred to as Anchor Park because of the large anchor on display near Alki Ave SW). They were on the rocks along the seawall on both sides of the park. Haven't had the opportunity to listen to them being so vocal before. Surprisingly, the Turnstones seemed to be vocalizing more than the 5+ dozen Surfbirds.

Nice birds to add to our yard list!
