Continues to be seen at 770 - 3 Crabs Road. Homeowner is quite congenial and has placed two chairs in the front yard with views of the feeding stations.

Did not find the Tropical Kingbird. I'll try again later today. The area described by John Gatchet is located at 141 - 3 Crabs Road, not 710. But the round house and the sheep field are obvious.
