I've been driving home from work and noticed a white blob out on the small pond where 509 runs into 99 North right before going over the First Ave bridge.? I couldn't get a good look at it but a couple days later I noticed it was standing up and it?looked like a white pelican.? Tonight I stopped by since there wasn't any traffic and sure enough it was a white pelican.? Something spooked it on the other side of the pond so it flew to the south end of the pond.? It's been there every day this week.? Hope this isn't old news!
