Hello All,

While looking over a potential project site this morning along Penawawa Creek in southern Whitman County I heard a eastern Blue Jay then saw this bright adult in a peach leaf willow down below me about 150' away . The site is down stream from the bridge over the stream at the east end of this loop road. Also in the area was an adult Golden Eagle.
