All,

After glimpsing the white pelican south of the 1st Ave. bridge south of
downtown Seattle Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons during my commute,
today I finally had time to stop and look: no pelican, perhaps related
to the report from Tacoma today. I did get to see Great Blue Heron,
Canada Goose, Mallard, Gadwall, Am. Wigeon, Bufflehead, and Hooded
Merganser -- not bad for such an urban spot.
