Hi Joe,
Yes, that looks like one of my radioed birds from the first year (2007/08).
I'm always surprised to still find them around. I wouldn't doubt that it
was shot at (not trying to be cynical!!) but they still get harvested
periodically. One was most recently harvested up in AK.
