I'm in Kirkland and don't have animal rescue information for your
area, but I'm listing what I do have for you and all folks on this
list. Note that some of the information may be outdated. I'd welcome
corrections and additions.

I urge you to contact one of these organizations to find out what
local resources exist for the Centralia locale. It would be an act of
kindness to bring the bird somewhere that it could be treated or
euthanized. There is no benefit to allowing it to suffer.
