The 22,000 swifts in the Monroe Wagner roost site was down to 750 last night. They appeared to be ready for an early flight at 6:20 but quickly aborted and went deeper down the chimney. A Cooper's Hawk landing on the outside camera's mounting arm will do that. They stayed there for an hour and then took 100 seconds to clear out.

JBLM hosted a lot more last night, 7000.

I've yet to notice bird bodies at the bottom of the roost site. Perhaps the swifts have dodged the bullet.
