Hi Folks ? Just want to make sure that you all know about an upcoming bird related event at the Burke Museum. We are hosting the inaugural Birds at the Burke family day on October 19 from 10:00 ? 4:00.

Several great talks on topics ranging from "Birds of Union Bay" through "The Life of Owls" to "How Birds Fly."

Live birds from the Cougar Mountain and Woodland Park zoos.

Fun activities for kids and 25 tables with hundreds of specimens on a variety of different bird related topics.
