There is a Blue Jay at Palouse Falls SP. Flew into tree right above restroom at lower parking lot. Stayed long enough partially clear for ID pictyre then flew up hill. Assume it is same bird reported by Carol Riddell at Lyons Ferry SP. Yay!!!
