Ran into Evan Houston at the wetlands this afternoon and we got on the Slaty-backed Gull in the south pond. As I walked back to my car Evan called and said he had a Black Phoebe. We watched as it flew around the central meadow. I lost track of it and did not find it again. There was also a White-winged Scoter in the river..Weird.
