I spent about 3 hrs staring out into the ocean and scanning the jetty yesterday. Had several occasions of feeding birds just off the beach. Of note there were hundred(s) of sooty shearwaters, the numbers were not constant also had at least three pink-footed shearwaters. There were allot of Bonaparte's gulls, at least 5 black-footed kittiwakes and one Sabine's gull. My quest of course was to locate a blue-footed booby but saw nothing of the sort.

The last thing the sky is blue no wind and about 60-65 f ( my guess) it was warm.
