Subject: Software for keeping life list

Hi Tweeters,

I have several birding apps that I use in the field for identifying and learning about birds. I also enter sightings into EBird from time to time. Now, having done a lot of travel in the past year, I'm thinking I'd like to compile a life list. So I'm wondering, for those of you who keep a life list, what format do you use?

I'd like to be able to generate a viewable version of the entire list, and if I were to use EBird, I would need to go through its data-entry steps over and over for dozens to maybe a couple of hundred species (I really don't have a sense of how many I've seen, I realize). Before launching that process, it'd be nice to feel it's worth it and that I won't need to start all over with some other app/software. I've also considered just setting up an Excel file.

Ideally, the software would let me easily link to photos of each species as well as be searchable by location etc.
