I went across the river to Ilwaco to twitch the BLACK-NECKED STILT.
The eBird map suggests that the bird was seen at Black Lake. It was
not. It is in the wetland just east of the Boat Basin. Look for the
boat trailer graveyard and walk east to the berm. Photos links at:
