If anyone needs band-tailed pigeons please take some from my yard. This morning there were between 80 and 90 (no kidding!!) feeding just after I put out food (mixed bird seed with a big helping of cracked corn). Within 5 minutes the driveway area I spread the food was picked clean. Most are the same that have been here since spring but some are migrants that have found out about Mary's birding buffet. There are about 9 youngsters in the group.
