Lots of Vaux's swifts seeking shelter in old chimneys up and down the Pacific Flyway last night and Monroe Wagner had it's share. Around six this morning they made a break for it. I think this is the earliest relative to sunup we've recorded an exit. Still under IR, it was wild, swifts crawling over swifts crawling over swifts. You should have see it. But you were probably sleeping. So was I. WildEarth just rolled out their Beta version which includes archives so you can witness this morning's spectacle, as well as every second of the southbound migration. Well done South Africans. Here's the new link that will take you to the swifts.

You might want to check on the Zebras too.
