Right now and for the past 10 minutes, a huge, loud mob of crows is keeping a Barred Owl both entertained as well as captive, in the wooded side yard of the Barboretum here in NE Seattle, a few blocks north of Matthews Beach.

Too bad I am without a camera, as both my Panasonic point&shoots (plus my binoculars) were just lifted from my car that was parked in the driveway - If anyone nearby wants to come to try for a shot, I'll try to cajole the owl into staying put awhile longer. :-)
