The American Avocet is a Code 4 bird here in Clallam Co., WA. This one has
been frequenting the Helen's Pond/3 Crabs area of Sequim for the last
several days. I finally caught up with it today, 09/30/2013, and was able
to photograph it, despite the continuing rains and overcast skies.
