Subject: [Tweeters] Purple Martin and Merlin Gardiner Beach Jefferson County

Migration was in full swing here in my yard this morning (April 8th) at
Gardiner Beach on Discovery Bay. A PURPLE MARTIN was the most interesting
bird. It circled the area twice before heading off to the east.
RUBY-CROWNED KINGLETS, YELLOW-RUMPED, and ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLERS were
moving through in waves.

A HERMIT THRUSH was in the yard as well. A MERLIN flew through.
