Well!? On my daily walk with my dog through Evergreen Park, Bremerton, what do I see?? A juvenile Bald Eagle pursuing a gull (I could not tell the gull's species).? Round and round they went, circling higher and lower, and that eagle would not let up on that gull.? And then, there were two Crows in hot pursuit of the eagle, too!? Gull, Eagle, Crows, round and round, while a swarm of other gulls flew screaming above the whole tableau.

The Bald Eagle has certainly made quite a comeback.? I never used to see them; now, they seem to be everywhere.? Conservation success stories like this are especially encouraging as nature seems more and more besieged.
