Hello all from MerryLynn,
Drove into 2Rivers this morning and the first bird I heard was our FOY
Oriole - what a gorgeous bird on a gorgeous day! Could not refind the
Snowy Egret but did find some year birds:

LARK SPARROW - pair back near Millet pond
FRANKLIN'S GULL - 1 on the WWRdelta along with 5 BONAPARTE'S GULLS
SOLITARY SANDPIPER - 1 at the Millet pond

AMERICAN BITTERN - took me 30 minutes of waiting where Kevin had them
before I finally heard one.
WESTERN GULLS - a pair on the WWRdelta - we have had a pair summer here
several years in the past.
FORSTER'S TERN - 2 at the delta, 2 at 2Rivers

American Avocet - 78 at the delta
Dunlin and Eurasian Wigeon still around

Myrtle's Yrump Warbler - 1 bright singing male at the Millet pond

Yesterday at Bennington Lake:

YELLOW WARBLER - 3 singing on territory
CASSIN'S VIREO
WARBLING VIREO
TOWNSEND'S WARBLER
DUSKY FLYCATCHER
House Wrens - everywhere and very vocal!

Happy Birding, MerryLynn
