Dear Tweeters,

There were seven Red-necked Phalaropes at Channel Drive today. That's the most I've yet seen in one spot in Skagit County. A single Semipalmated Plover foraged on floating pond-weed here, too.

At the Fir Island Game Range was a lingering Bullock's Oriole.

At March Point were two Bonaparte's Gulls and about 260 Double-crested Cormorants.

Yours truly,

Gary Bletsch
