This posting has bounced a lot today, I think I must be out of practice posting on Tweeters!

There was a Solitary Sandpiper at Marymoor Park today, in the channel that runs parral to the river and the trail. This is near the start of the dog area. The bird landed quite near to me, and much to my surprise. It was wonderful to see it stretch it's wings upward when it landed. There were two Killdeers in close proximity. I first saw it at 8:30 am and again at 11.
