He kept his tree-top perch Friday from 1 to 4 pm, watching me put up christmas lights.

He is there right now, 8:30 Saturday morning.

To see the bird go west from I-5, exit 142b (S. 348). The road twists and turns,

changes names several times-but keep going. At 4 miles, see a Walgreens on your left.

Keep going another mile, down the hill into Pierce county, past a golf course and up

the hill on the other side. At the top of the hill, you?ll find a signal light at Nassau Ave . Turn left

(street sign is on the right). In a couple of blocks, take the left turn onto 47th St NE. In one

block turn left onto 34th Ave NE. On your right, find the bird in the top of the tree right along 34th,

between the 4th and 5th houses, near 4805 34th Ave NE, Tacoma.
