Seen through scope at 1 pm from Fisherman's Pier, east side of Vashon Isl. as others described yesterday. Scanned from 12 o'clock to 2 o'clock position from end of pier, fairly far out. Large bird. Consistently up-turned yellow bill, light brown lower neck band. With grebes nearby. Seen with Audubon trip member who saw it yesterday.
