While doing the Eastside Audubon CBC on Sat. our team saw the Golden Eagle. It was not at Sikes L. Instead we found it at a stop at the main buildings at Camp Korey. We were searching the grass fields to the east where we usually see hundreds of geese. On the far side of the fields there were two fir trees. The tree on the left had the Golden Eagle at about 2 o?clock. We got excellent scope views, but was too far away to get decent photos.
