Yesterday Kyleen Austin was running on Crossdike Road on Puget Island when she flushed a small white egret with black legs and yellow feet. Most likely a Snowy Egret, but it would be nice to get better details since tomorrow is the Wahkiakum Christmas Bird Count. If anyone sees the egret during count week, please send details to me.
