Subject: [Tweeters] Snowy Owl in Long Beach, WA

Hello!
My parents are currently vacationing in Long Beach, WA, and while talking
on the phone with my mom this evening she suddenly got very excited as a
snowy owl flew onto the roof of the condominium across from where they're
staying! Their vacation rental is on Bolstad Avenue in Long Beach, and she
said the condominium that the owl landed on was across the street from the
iconic "World's Longest Beach" sign, right in downtown Long Beach. My mom
estimated it hung around about 10 minutes before flying off. This occurred
around 5:20 pm this evening.
I didn't recall seeing reports of Snowies in Long Beach this winter yet
(though it's very possible I've missed them) so we both wanted to make sure
that anyone interested would have a chance to possibly track this bird down.
