Hello Tweeters,

This morning a pair of Common Ravens were vigorously calling and chasing each other through the central and southern parts of the park. Their vocalizations were impressively loud, ringing through the forest. A few photos and a video (handheld) of one calling are on my Flickr page at flickr.com/photos/trileigh.

I was out in the park unusually early for me, since I'd been woken up just before 5 am by an enthusiastic pair of Barred Owls calling, apparently in the tree outside my bedroom window.
