Hi,

In my haste and excitement in seeing the Emperor Goose, I think I failed
to give adequate information on its location. I saw in on Center Valley
Rd which is south of Chimacum. The field where the goose was seen is
only a few miles south of the intersection of Center Valley Rd and Hwy 19.
The flock of Canada Geese was very large, probably several hundred geese
spread over several acres of field. If you were coming from Seattle, the
best way to get there would be to stay on Hwy 104 until you got to the
Quilcene/Center Valley turn off. Go north on Center Valley Rd for several
miles, past turn offs for Egg and I road and Finn River Farm.
