Ditto to Andy's comments! I too enjoyed Shep's excellent Okanogan trip
report as I've anxiously awaited such all week, and reading it now allows me
too to have tagged along albeit vicariously, and envious, visiting familiar
areas to see our wonderful winter birds in one of the finest areas of the
State. Glad the Cascade rain/snow shadow held up for the most part for all
last weekend and that all adventuring participants enjoyed a truly
wonderful time. Well done! Thanks!

Tweeters,

I thoroughly enjoyed the winter Okanogan trip report by Shep Thorp.
Vicariously, I traveled along to this fabulous birding and natural area,
learning new tidbits, such as about feeder status, and the lesson those
"erratic" winter finches can, some years, be totally absent.

I, for one, yearn to see more trip reports of this caliber on Tweeters!

Well done Shep.
