Hi Tweets,

In the past weekend I went out searching for a few reported rarities.
Hopefully my experience below benefits those who would like to do the same.

Saturday
Snohomish: no Gyr in the morning about 9:00am to 11:00am at either 127th
Ave SE or 103rd Ave. SE. Lee Barnes group saw it at 103rd in the early
afternoon about 1:15pm.

Crescent Lake: 11:30am no Harris Sparrow but a partial leucistic white
faced Song Sparrow. Jen even got a glimpse of an all white Towhee.

Tualco Loop Rd: 1:00pm no Swamp Sparrow

Sunday
Cedar river mouth: 10:30am no Palm Warbler
Gog-le-hi-te: 11:30am Red-shouldered Hawk, perched on a tree across the
railway track
Weyerhaeuser Pond: 12:30pm 50+ Redheads, 6 Ruddy Ducks, etc.
Nisqually Wildlife Reserve: 1:30pm 3 owlets were out the nest and are on
large trees. Mom was sitting in last year's nest keeping an eye on them
across the trail.
Sam Beach Park at Puyallup: no Great-tailed Grackle
