I would like to report my 2013 birding statistics that reflects a Big Year
for me:

1. Achieved world life list of 500 on Christmas Day of a Plain-breasted
Ground Dove (it is not a colorful bird but significant one for me)
2. 244 species for WA
3. 219 new species world wide
4. 51 new species for WA
5. Last bird for 2013 is an Ornate Hawk-eagle
6. My favorite bird of 2013 is the Resplendent Quetzal
7. First bird for 2014 is Bushtit
