Ed Harper has posted that reservations at the San Diego hotels allocated for the 2014 Western Field Ornithologists conference need to be reserved soon. The dates are October 8-12. Conference details won't be posted until June but he expects the hotels to fill well before then.
Last year, the conference was held in Olympia, WA & hosted by the Black Hills Audubon Society, WFO & Washington Ornithological Society. Fabulous field trips, speakers, seminars, banquet & other events. Plus, everyone walks around wearing kakis & binoculars!
