I have seen flocks of Cedar Waxwings in front of UW's IMA on two occasions recently: today (Wed-22nd) and about a week ago. It was around 10:30AM on both occasions. They were in the purple berry bushes and the trees above them boarding the narrow parking on Mountlake right in front of the IMA entrance. I estimate there were 30 in the flock today.
