The north I-5 ship canal bridge pier has hosted a Peregrine nest for more than a decade. Recently, I (finally) noticed what appears to be a camera on the horizontal steel beam just above the pier. I presume the camera is there to observe the falcons.* I searched in vain for access to this camera's output (WSDOT, etc.). Does anyone (Martin!) have any suggestions/directions?

*It's also possible that the camera is there to observe the enthusiastic crowds across the street at Voula's Offshore Cafe where the best breakfast in America is to be found.
