Today while walking the field-and-wood area west of State Ave and between 108th and 116th in north Marysville, I had a female LAZULI BUNTING in the scrubby area central there (left a full list on Ebird). This spot is easily accessed directly opposite (west) of Furniture World along State Ave. You cross the street and then the RR tracks and you are there. Another LAZULI was heard singing along the north edge of Granite Falls High School last eve, 7/28, my second at this site. We seem to be having another good year for this species locally.
