Having recently read "Moonbird" I was pleased to see the post by Mark
Ahlness regarding the sighting of this Red Knot on the beach off Cape May
for the bird's 21st year. The article was off the aba blog, and after
finishing that article I happened to glance over the column to the right
and saw under Popular Posts a review of the newest Sibley guide.

Read it. I happen to love the written word, and this review celebrates the
writers craft in a very entertaining way, with pomp and circumstance and
lots of outrageous adjectives, and much....well, confetti! You will see
what I mean.
